Overview: This was an opportunity to use graphic tools (open source and free, online) to create and manipulate images. The four activities: portrait edit, collage, image editing, and collage with text.

Audio Activities
Overview: Audacity was used to create and edit two audio files. Audacity is a free tool that allows audio recording and rather robust editing. This is a great way to produce audio files that can be combined with video.

Web 2.0 Toolbox
Overview: This is a review of 10 online educational tools. Each was assigned a category, description, and tool background information. A how-to video was also included. How each can be used was also included.

Overview: Created a graphic image and videos using screen capture and screen recording software, as well as a video editing product and captioning through YouTube.

Web Activities
Overview: This assignment provided an opportunity to create a basic website using a free, open source website editor, BlueGriffon. By creating the website, I learned about file and page organization, very needed for structure.

Interactive Lessons
Overview: PowerPoint was used to create an interactive lesson, an overview of a Web 2.0 Tool. Included was embedding videos and using hyperlinks. Animations are an easy way to add layers and engaging interactions that can create an engaging presentation for your audience.
